Rob Clark, PMP President & CEO
Rob Clark is an executive with a proven track record as an effective leader, skilled communicator and negotiator, and successful strategic planner. His background includes more than 20 years of experience in all areas of business management, including: project management, operations, consulting, financial management, cost control, marketing, and performance analysis.
Rob has an extensive list of achievements in meeting clients’ expectations with high-quality, effective and efficient solutions on projects in diverse industries, such as: information technology, training, telecommunications, healthcare, semi-conductors, transportation, government, military, and asset management. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management.
Rob also shares his knowledge, skills and experience in management with hundreds of people, teaching several business management and project management courses at the University of British Columbia, Langara College, and other post-secondary institutions. He has trained and mentored thousands of people in a wide range of topics that include: leadership, project management, instructional skills, business planning and technical subjects.
Sherry Ulansky, MSc, PMP
Executive Consultant
A results-driven, project and operations management professional, Sherry Ulansky has earned a reputation for providing skilled application and practical guidance in project management practices, as demonstrated by her successful delivery of projects and transfer of knowledge. She has broad business knowledge gained through roles with increasing responsibility over the last 20 years.
Sherry has extensive experience developing and presenting technical and applied training materials to non-technical end-users, and is an experienced facilitator in the areas of: project management, risk management, communications, leadership, geographic information systems (GIS), natural resource inventories, decision-support systems, application development, entity relationship modeling, data compilation, salvage and management, and process development to produce natural resource spatial and non-spatial data sets.
An ardent believer in project management and its benefits to any organization, Sherry is committed to continual improvement and lifelong learning. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where she earned a combined Honours B.Sc. in Forestry and Biology and a Master’s degree in Soil Science.
Sherry currently teaches project management and business management courses at the University of British Columbia and Langara College in Vancouver, British Columbia; and she is thoroughly familiar with all of the Applied Management Centre’s training programs. She also provides consulting, mentoring and project support services. |
